Flexible home & family assistance

There are a number of property service options available; whether you are moving to Valencia, just getting settled, soon to travel away, need an extra pair of hands to manage the care of your home, or prepare it in readiness for your arrival.

Serving: Camp de Turia, Horta Nord, Horta Sud and the city.

Home Tending & Drop-by

Regular or ad-hoc visits for basic home care whilst you are away: 

  • Mail collection
  • Watering indoor & outdoor plants
  • Pet care: litter box care, dispensing meals

Returning Home Preparation

Preparing your home ready for your return including.


  • Grocery shopping/restocking and unpacking
  • Surface clean: Hoover and wipe floors, wipe surfaces;clean mirrors, toilets, showers and basins, bed linens changed.
